(All contracts require a minimum six-month commitment and may extend up to one (1) year at a time. Renewal is required annually to continue service.)

No Red Tape, Just Steps!

Moving happens & licensure is HARD. You deserve a place that gives you everything you need. Whether it’s a transition or permanent need.

  • Fill out the short interest form. You’ll get an automatic confirmation email right away so you know your form was received.

  • I personally review every inquiry (usually within a week). If it looks like a good fit, I’ll send you a link to my calendar to set up a consult call! Once you get the email from me, feel free to send any questions and we can chat about it during our call!

  • During the consult I’ll fill you in on all the details, answer any looming questions you might have, and we’ll talk about your needs and goals.

  • Once you’ve chosen the option that feels right, we’ll put everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect. A signed contract and BAA is required to officially start your lease, but I’ll walk you through the details and answer questions so you feel confident moving forward.

  • If you’d like extra support (like marketing or coaching add-ons), we’ll add those to your invoice and set you up with next steps. You’ll also get all the practical info you need (parking, Wi-Fi, building access) so you can focus on your work, not logistics!

  • We’ll be here to answer any questions you might have a long the way! You got this! ✨

  • As soon as your paperwork, payment, and BAA are completed. You’ll receive a verification letter confirming the address for insurance and directories.

  • Not with the Virtual Lease. You’ll need the Marketing Add-On since Google requires additional verification steps.

  • No. Checks are scanned and mailed securely to you. You’ll choose standard or tracked mailing.

  • Mail is checked weekly and sent twice per month. Since you pay for the postage, you’ll get the option to choose if you want us to send the mail to you, or shred it after you see the scan. Just let us know what you want sent and we’ll put it in the next mail drop!

  • Yes. Mail handling requires a signed BAA to ensure HIPAA compliance and safe handling of PHI. We also use a HIPAA Compliant Google Workspace to store any mail scans. Once you tell us what mail you want us to send to you, we shred the mail that we have here. Since the Google Drive is a shared folder, we ask that you download any scans you want to keep. We’ll purge and delete from our end after your lease expires so your information doesn’t remain in our system.

  • This service requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel at the end of your prepaid term. You can choose to not use the service or break the lease early, but you must pay for the remaining months of your commitment. 

  • It did. The Therapy Office started as a traditional group practice for mental health providers, but I realized pretty quickly that our community needed something more flexible. Therapists, and other helpers, wanted independence without isolation and real support without all the red tape.

    Shifting into a subletting model opened the doors to more than just therapists. Now we’ve got a mix of professionals. From wellness providers to coaches to educators, all working under the same roof. That variety matters. It gives us perspective, helps us grow as providers and ultimately gives our clients more resources and options for care.

  • Absolutely. Not everyone is ready to jump straight into renting an office, and that’s okay. If you’re in the planning stages of building your practice, I offer coaching, accountability, and ready-to-use resources to help you get started.
