Minimum commitment: 6 months✨ Optional add-ons are available if you want expanded mail support.

This option is for organizations, agencies, or group entities credentialing multiple clinicians under one umbrella. It’s structured for compliance, clear communication, and risk management with one designated point of contact.
What this includes:
✔️ Use of The Therapy Office address for Group NPI credentialing
✔️ Centralized mail handling
✔️ One scheduled USPS drop-off per month or secure in-office pickup
✔️ Access to the Helper’s Hub for documentation and expectations
Base rate: $500/month
Minimum commitment: 1 Year✨ The Mail Scanning Add-on or Business Registration Add-on can be included with this lease.

This add-on allows:

✔️ The use of The Therapy Office as your Registered Agent
✔️ Business entity filings tied to the group
✔️ Address verification letters when required✨ This add-on is available to Group Virtual Lease holders only and must align with the entity listed in your lease.
Cost: $1,200/year

Start with the Virtual Lease interest form. You’ll tell me:

After the next review window, here’s what happens:
If you’re ready to move forward → I’ll send you the information collection form so I can draft your lease.
If you have questions → I’ll respond directly or send you a link to schedule a 30-minute consult so we can talk it through.

No. Virtual Leases do not include storefront verification or Google Business Profile listing.

No. The Virtual Lease provides address use and mail handling only. Banking and check deposits are not included.

Mail is checked according to the dates in the Helper’s Hub. You’ll gain access to this calendar after your lease is signed!
Base lease includes:

Yes. Mail is stored securely and handled according to the policies outlined in your lease and Welcome Packet. If you have the Mail Scanning Add-On, scans are delivered securely.
