    Minimum commitment: 6 months

    ✨ Optional add-ons are available if you want expanded mail support.

  • This option is for organizations, agencies, or group entities credentialing multiple clinicians under one umbrella. It’s structured for compliance, clear communication, and risk management with one designated point of contact.

    What this includes:

    ✔️ Use of The Therapy Office address for Group NPI credentialing

    ✔️ Centralized mail handling

    ✔️ One scheduled USPS drop-off per month or secure in-office pickup

    ✔️ Access to the Helper’s Hub for documentation and expectations

    Base rate: $500/month
    Minimum commitment: 1 Year

    ✨ The Mail Scanning Add-on or Business Registration Add-on can be included with this lease.

  • Mail scanning is structured intentionally to protect privacy and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
    ✔️ Bi-weekly scanning on scheduled days
    ✔️ Secure email delivery of scanned documents
    ✔️ Add or remove with notice before the 25th for the following billing cycle

    ✨  All mail schedules and expectations are published inside the Helper’s Hub so everything stays predictable.

    Minimum commitment: 1 Month

  • For group entities that need to use the address for formal business registration or expanded directory use.

    This add-on allows:

    ✔️ Secretary of State registration under the group entity
    ✔️ The use of The Therapy Office as your Registered Agent
    ✔️ Business entity filings tied to the group
    ✔️ Address verification letters when required

    ✨ This add-on is available to Group Virtual Lease holders only and must align with the entity listed in your lease.

    Cost: $1,200/year

    Minimum commitment: 1 Year

  • Start with the Virtual Lease interest form. You’ll tell me:

    ✔️ your preferred start date

    ✨ Forms are reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays so nothing gets lost in inbox chaos.

  • After the next review window, here’s what happens:

    If you’re ready to move forward → I’ll send you the information collection form so I can draft your lease.

    If you have questions → I’ll respond directly or send you a link to schedule a 30-minute consult so we can talk it through.

  • Once your information form is completed, you’ll receive:

    ✔️ Your lease agreement ready for signature
    ✔️ Your first invoice
    ✔️ Clear activation instructions

    ✨ You’ll have 5 business days to sign and pay. The timeline starts when the lease is sent.

  • Once payment and documents are complete:

    ✔️ Your address use begins
    ✔️ You receive your Welcome Packet

  • Address use begins once your lease is signed and your first invoice is paid. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your official activation date and next steps.

    Individual Virtual Lease allows:

    ✔️ Insurance credentialing
    ✔️ Professional directories connected to your practice

    Group / Company Virtual Lease allows:
    ✔️ Credentialing under your Group NPI

  • No. Virtual Leases do not include storefront verification or Google Business Profile listing.

  • No. The Virtual Lease provides address use and mail handling only. Banking and check deposits are not included.

  • Mail is checked according to the dates in the Helper’s Hub. You’ll gain access to this calendar after your lease is signed!

    Base lease includes:

    ✔️ Monthly notification if mail is received
    ✔️ One scheduled USPS drop-off per month or secure in-office pickup

    ✨ Mail Scanning is available as an optional add-on for both Individual and Group leases.

  • For Group / Company Virtual Leases, communication is sent only to the designated contact listed in the lease. Internal distribution within your organization is your responsibility.

  • Yes. Mail is stored securely and handled according to the policies outlined in your lease and Welcome Packet. If you have the Mail Scanning Add-On, scans are delivered securely.
