  • Absolutely! That's one of the primary reasons this lease exists.

    Many insurance panels require providers to have a commercial business address for credentialing. The Virtual Lease allows you to establish a professional business address without taking on the expense of a full-time office while you're building your practice.

    This can be especially helpful during the credentialing process, which often takes several months before insurance income begins.

  • The Virtual Lease may be used for:
    ✔️ Business registration
    ✔️ NPI updates
    ✔️ CAQH updates
    ✔️ Professional directories
    ✔️ Business mail
    ✔️ Insurance credentialing

    If you're unsure whether something is allowed, just ask before updating your records.

  • No. Google limits the number of businesses that can verify a Google Business Profile at the same address. Because multiple providers may use this location, Google Business verification is not included with the Virtual Lease.

  • No. The Virtual Lease does not include access to physical office space. If you'd like occasional office access, Virtual Lease holders receive discounted Solo Day Pass pricing and discounted Group Room rates. You may also transition to a Recurring Day Pass or Full-Time Private Office later if your needs change.

  • Mail is checked regularly and stored securely at The Therapy Office. If mail is received, you'll receive a monthly mail summary letting you know what arrived. At that point, you can choose whether you'd like to:
    ✔️ Pick up your mail in person during the designated pickup window
    ✔️ Have the contents scanned and sent securely by email
    ✔️ Have the mail forwarded through USPS (postage and administrative fees apply)

    Checks and payments are handled separately and are automatically forwarded with tracking after being scanned for your records. Specific procedures, pickup windows, and mail handling details are outlined in your Welcome Packet and may be updated from time to time.

  • Once I receive your completed information form, it typically takes 3–5 business days to prepare your lease agreement and first invoice. Address use begins on your start date noted in your lease, once your lease is signed and your first payment has been received.

  • The Virtual Lease requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Additional details regarding renewal, termination, and notice requirements are outlined in your lease agreement.

  • Yes!  Mail is stored securely and handled according to the procedures outlined in your lease policies and Welcome Packet. Any scanned documents are delivered through secure methods designed to protect your privacy.
