The Therapy Office is not a crisis center.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please use one of the following resources:
Call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988
Visit your nearest emergency room
Call 911 if immediate physical danger is present
If you're a current client in crisis and need support outside of your scheduled session, please refer to the emergency support section in your intake paperwork or email your therapist for follow-up within business hours. All contact to our main office will be answered within 24-48 business hours (including holidays).
