The Solo Day Pass is ideal for private-pay sessions, intensives, consultations, testing an in-person option or occasional office use when you need a professional space without an ongoing commitment. 

The Recurring Day Pass is designed for professionals who want a consistent office schedule and includes the benefits of a Virtual Lease. It’s a great fit for providers who need a professional business address for credentialing, directories, insurance-related business needs, and mail handling.

  • This space is built for adults doing one-on-one or small-scale professional work that benefits from privacy, calm, and a consistent environment.

    It works well for therapists, coaches, consultants, educators, legal advocates, wellness providers, tutors working with adults, and other professionals who need a reliable place to meet with people in person.

    If your work is adult-focused, conversation-based, and doesn’t require specialized equipment or medical build-outs, you’ll likely feel comfortable here.

  • The Flexible Offices are not designed for:
    🚫 Work primarily with children or teens
    🚫 Services that require sinks, exam rooms, or sanitation stations
    🚫 High-noise, movement-heavy, or equipment-intensive sessions
    🚫 Strong scents or oils in enclosed spaces
    This isn’t about exclusion. It’s about keeping the space functional and comfortable for everyone using it.

  • Start by completing the Interest Form.

    After submitting the form, you'll receive access to the pricing guide, webinar recordings, and scheduling options if you'd like to schedule a consultation call or office tour. If you're ready to move forward, I'll send over the next steps, including any information forms, lease documents, and invoices needed to reserve your space.

  • The Solo Day Pass is designed for professionals who need occasional office space without an ongoing commitment.

    The Recurring Day Pass is designed for professionals who want a consistent office schedule each month and includes the benefits of a Virtual Lease, including professional address use for credentialing, directories, and insurance-related business needs.

  • Yes, but only through the Recurring Day Pass.

    Because the Recurring Day Pass includes a Virtual Lease, you may use The Therapy Office address for credentialing, directories, and insurance-related business purposes.

    The Solo Day Pass does not include address use.

  • You're in the right place. You can start with a Virtual Lease and later decide that you want occasional access to office space.

    If you already have a Virtual Lease, you can reserve a Solo Day Pass at the discounted rate of $150 per day instead of the standard rate.

    If you're ready for a consistent office schedule, you can also transition to a Recurring Day Pass. Because the Virtual Lease is already included with the Recurring Day Pass, there's no penalty for making the switch. We'll simply update your lease and move you into the option that best fits your current needs.

  • Nope! The offices are already furnished and ready to use. You bring whatever you need for your workday, but you don't need to purchase furniture, decorate an office, or manage utilities. The goal is to give you a professional space that's ready when you are.

  • No, not by default. Because the offices are shared, all personal items must be removed at the end of your reserved time unless storage is approved in writing. Anything left behind may be discarded or donated after 48 hours.

  • Absolutely! After submitting the Interest Form, you'll receive access to scheduling options for consultation calls and office tours. You're welcome to schedule a walkthrough before making a decision.

  • Yes. Flexible Office Options may be available during evenings and weekends depending on availability and the specific office schedule.

  • Nope! You are running your own independent business. You set your services, fees, name, and focus. The Therapy Office provides the space and optional support, nothing more.

  • Privacy is taken seriously. Offices are set up with sound-dampening features, and white noise machines to support confidentiality and comfort for both you and the people you meet with.
