Requests are reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your request is approved, youโll receive a Part-Time Office Sublease Agreement and invoice by email. If more clarification is needed, Iโll reach out before moving forward. Optional calls or tours are always available, but not required to book.

Once the contract is signed and payment is completed, your dates are officially reserved. Youโll receive access details, arrival information, and everything you need to use the space confidently and without guesswork.

Each Part-Time Office day includes up to 8 consecutive hours. If you plan to stay longer, additional hours are billed at $25 per hour. Planned overtime should be communicated ahead of time when possible. Unplanned overages will be charged to the card on file after use.

Using the address for licensing, credentialing, directories, insurance billing, mail, or marketing requires a separate Virtual Lease add-on. This separation keeps the Part-Time Office accessible for a wide range of professionals and prevents administrative overload.

If you plan to bill insurance using this location, youโll need to add a Virtual Lease. The Virtual Lease covers address use, credentialing, directory listings, and mail handling. Itโs an add-on, not included automatically, and can be added later if your practice evolves.
