We focus on creating safe, down-to-earth spaces for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, boundaries, and big life transitions. Group Therapy
Our therapy groups are built for real conversations and genuine connection. They’re a safe place for adults navigating burnout, religious trauma, or major life changes to feel seen and supported by others who get it. Grounded in trauma-informed care and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), each group focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself and your values while finding community in the process.

ART Intensives
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) intensives offer deep, focused healing in a single 3-hour session. These sessions are designed for adults who want to process a specific traumatic event, stuck memory, or emotional block in a safe, intentional space. ART intensives are ideal for clients who already have a therapist, or for therapists who need support working through their own experiences.

Yep. When The Therapy Office first opened, it was primarily a space for mental health therapy. But over time, we realized healing, growth, and community aren’t limited to therapy alone. Now, our space includes therapists and other helpers — like coaches, group leaders, educators, and body-based practitioners.
It’s still the same welcoming, trauma-informed vibe… just with more options for support.
