You Started Googling

for a Reason

You’ve Always Been Too Much.

Overdramatic. Sensitive. Emotional. Lazy.

Or maybe you were told: “One day you’ll understand

what real responsibility looks like.”

And here you are — an adult, carrying it all, and

wondering why it feels so damn heavy.

Emotionally immature parents who never gave you the support you needed
✔ Religious trauma and the fallout of trying to untangle faith from shame
✔ Political stress that makes it hard to feel safe or seen in your own community
Hustle culture that tells you to work harder, but still doesn’t pay enough to kill the debt
Trying to survive in a world that still tells LGBTQIA+ folks their existence is “up for debate”
✔ A generation before you shouting “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” while the system works against you

You’re not making this shit up.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

We know this isn’t just another box to check.

Reaching out for support is a big deal. It can feel scary, overwhelming, or like “what if I don’t fit?”
That’s why we keep it simple:

  • It’s okay if you don’t know exactly what you want yet. We try to give as much information as possible up front and answer your questions, so you can find the option that feels right for you.

  • Click on a provider’s profile to learn more about who they are, how they work, and what makes them a good fit.

  • Fill out their form — they’ll get back to you within a few business days. No cookie-cutter process. Just real humans on the other side, ready to connect.

  • This is where the real work (and growth) happens. Whether it’s therapy, a group, a class, or renting space to grow your own work, showing up is the first step toward healing through the hard stuff and building something real.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

We know it takes a lot to even get this far — scrolling through options, deciding if you should reach out, wondering if it’s worth it. The truth? You’ve already done the hardest part: you showed up.

The Therapy Office was built for real humans, not checkboxes. You don’t need to be “fixed” (whatever your weird uncle meant by that). You don’t need to have the perfect words. You just need a place where you’re met with honesty, compassion, and some humor along the way.

This is that place.

  • The Therapy Office isn’t one single practice — it’s a community of therapists, healers, and humans doing the work in their own way. Each helper here is an independent business owner who sets their own services, fees, and hours. What we share is the space, the values, and the commitment to offering real support without the weird vibes.

Helpers at The Therapy Office include:

    • Licensed therapists and counselors

    • Coaches and group leaders

    • Body-based wellness practitioners

    • Educators and creative healers

The mix may change over time, but the heart stays the same: real humans, offering meaningful support for adults.

  • Yep. When The Therapy Office first opened, it was primarily a space for mental health therapy. But over time, we realized healing, growth, and community aren’t limited to therapy alone. Now, our space includes therapists and other helpers — like coaches, group leaders, educators, and body-based practitioners.

It’s still the same welcoming, trauma-informed vibe… just with more options for support.

  • Totally normal. Read through the profiles, notice who feels like a fit, and reach out. If you’re still unsure, start by emailing a helper directly — their contact info is on their page.

  • Go straight to the source. Each helper’s profile has their email (and sometimes a phone number). If something isn’t clear on their page, contact them directly.

  • Each helper sets their own business hours, and you’ll find those listed on their profile. Most will respond during their posted hours, so be sure to check there when you’re reaching out.

  • Some helpers here do, some don’t. Each person sets their own fees and insurance options, so check their profile highlights to see what works for you.

  • Every helper sets their own rates. You’ll find that info on their page — no surprises, no hidden fees.

  • The Therapy Office isn’t a crisis line and we don’t provide 24/7 support. If you need immediate help, call 988 or go to the nearest ER.
