Group Room Rentals
Meeting, workshop, and group therapy space for therapists, helping professionals, and small business owners in Springdale, Arkansas.
This isn’t your standard conference room built for stiff chairs, fluorescent lights, and PowerPoint marathons.
The Group Room at The Therapy Office is a flexible, welcoming space designed for therapy groups, workshops, meetings, and adult-focused community gatherings. It’s a room meant for connection, conversation, and work that actually matters, whether that’s clinical, educational, or community-driven.
We intentionally designed this space for small groups, not for cramming as many chairs as possible into one room. With seating for 10–12 people, there’s room to breathe, settle in, and stay present. For many of us (especially those of us with neurodivergent brains), feeling crowded can make it harder to focus and connect. This room is sized on purpose so your group can feel grounded, comfortable, and supported.
You don’t need to fit into a specific box to use this space. If you’re leading adults and want a room that feels safe, flexible, and human, you’re in the right place.

No. While many of the events hosted here are therapy-related, the Group Room was intentionally designed for a variety of professional, educational, wellness, and community-focused gatherings. What matters most isn't your title. It's whether your event aligns with the professional, respectful, and adult-focused environment of The Therapy Office.
-
The Group Room is available with a 2-hour minimum per booking. This gives you enough time to host your group without feeling rushed.
-
Yes, and I fully expect that you probably will. The room was intentionally designed to be flexible because different events need different setups. A therapy group may want chairs arranged in a circle. A workshop may need tables. A networking event might need a completely different layout. You're welcome to move chairs and tables to fit your event. Just return the room to its original setup before leaving.
Temporary decorations are welcome as long as they are removable and do not damage the space. Painter's tape and masking tape are permitted. Nails, screws, wall anchors, glitter, confetti, or permanent decorations are not allowed.
-
Yes, depending on availability. Recurring reservations are one of the most popular ways people use the Group Room because consistency matters. Whether you're running a therapy group, consultation group, coworking session, educational series, or recurring class, having the same day and time each week makes it easier for participants to build routines and remember when to attend.
-
Yes! You're welcome to bring food, have food catered, or provide snacks and drinks for your attendees. The building does not include a kitchen for food preparation or dishwashing, so anything you bring should be ready to serve and easy to clean up afterward. Please remove all food, supplies, and trash at the end of your event using the dumpster located behind the building.
-
The Group Room is available with a 2-hour minimum per reservation and includes a 30 minute set-up buffer and 30 minute clean-up buffer. This helps ensure groups have enough time to settle in, connect, and wrap up without feeling rushed.
