Group Therapy & meeting Room Rental
at the therapy office in Springdale, Arkansas
This isn’t your standard conference room built for stiff chairs, fluorescent lights, and PowerPoint marathons.
The Group Room at The Therapy Office is a flexible, welcoming space designed for therapy groups, workshops, meetings, and adult-focused community gatherings. It’s a room meant for connection, conversation, and work that actually matters, whether that’s clinical, educational, or community-driven.
We intentionally designed this space for small groups, not for cramming as many chairs as possible into one room. With seating for 12–14 people, there’s room to breathe, settle in, and stay present. For many of us (especially those of us with neurodivergent brains), feeling crowded can make it harder to focus and connect. This room is sized on purpose so your group can feel grounded, comfortable, and supported.
You don’t need to fit into a specific box to use this space. If you’re leading adults and want a room that feels safe, flexible, and human, you’re in the right place.
what’s included
Not every space works for every kind of group, and that’s okay. This room was designed with intention, and it tends to work best for certain types of gatherings. Here’s a quick way to see if The Therapy Office is a good fit for what you’re planning.
This space is likely a good fit if…
✔️ You’re hosting an adult-focused group, meeting, workshop, or class
✔️ You want a space that feels safe, comfortable, and professional, without being sterile
✔️ Your group benefits from conversation, connection, or structured discussion
✔️ You appreciate flexibility, tables when you need them, open space when you don’t
✔️ You value a shared space that is inclusive, respectful, and values-driven
✔️ You want a room that supports therapy, education, wellness, or community connection
This space may not be the best fit if…
🚫 You’re running a large group that needs auditorium-style seating or a gym
🚫 Your event is high-noise, movement-heavy, or equipment-intensive
🚫 You need a space designed primarily for children or teens
🚫 You’re looking for a venue that allows disruptive, exclusionary, or unsafe behavior
🚫 You need a space with fixed furniture that can’t be adjusted between uses
If you’re nodding “yes” to most of those checkmarks,
you’ll probably feel right at home here.
Running a group already comes with enough decisions.
Pricing for the space shouldn’t be one of the stressful ones.
The Group Room is available at a single, straightforward rate, whether you’re hosting a one-time workshop or running a recurring group.
💲 Group Room Rate
The Group Room is rented at $35 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum per booking.
This gives you the flexibility to:
✔️ host a one-time meeting, workshop, or class
✔️ reserve recurring dates for an ongoing group
✔️ use the space in a way that fits your schedule and capacity
There are no tiered packages or complicated menus to figure out. If your requested dates are approved, you’ll receive a contract and invoice to officially reserve the space.
Whether you’re leading therapy groups, educational workshops, or adult-focused community gatherings, the goal is the same: clear pricing, no guesswork, and a space that actually works for your group.
No Red Tape, Just Steps!
Running groups is hard enough! Booking your space shouldn’t be. Here’s how it works:
-
Submit a Group Room booking request through the calendar. You can select one-time or recurring dates and share basic details about your group.
-
Requests are reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If approved, you’ll receive a contract for signature and an invoice for payment.
-
Once the contract is signed and payment is completed, your dates are officially reserved. You’ll receive access to arrival info, guidelines, and everything you need to use the space.
If you’ve ever tried to run a group
in a space that just didn’t fit, you
know how quickly it kills the vibe.
A room that’s too small, too sterile, or too “conference-y” makes it harder for people to open up and it leaves you stressed, trying to make it work instead of focusing on the group.
You’ll know this room is what you’ve been looking for if…
✔️ You’re tired of cramming chairs into a tiny therapy office and hoping for the best
✔️ You’ve tried community centers or coffee shops and felt like the space just wasn’t private or professional enough
✔️ You’ve been stuck in sterile conference rooms where the fluorescent lights do all the talking
✔️ You want a space that adapts to your group — circle, classroom, workshop, or something in between
✔️ You’re ready for a room that actually feels safe, welcoming, and built for connection
That’s why this group room exists. It was designed with therapists, wellness providers, and community leaders in mind. It’s my goal to give helpers a space that’s flexible, comfortable, and completely free of awkward “boardroom vibes.” When people walk in here, they don’t just see four walls.
They feel like they belong.
-
