Group Therapy & meeting Room Rental

at the therapy office in Springdale, Arkansas

Our group room is designed for more than checklists and PowerPoints. It’s a flexible, welcoming space for therapy groups, workshops, and community gatherings.

Not every room works for every group and not every group needs the same kind of setup. Here’s a snapshot of who tends to thrive in our Group Room and who might not love it here:

✅ You’re a therapist leading a small group and need more space than your office can hold.

❌ You’re running a large group that really needs an auditorium or gym.

✅ You’re a wellness provider or educator who wants a space that feels safe, flexible, and professional.

❌ You’re planning a high-noise or movement-heavy group that requires lots of space and soundproofing.

✅ You want options — tables for workshops, open layouts for discussions, or circles for connection.

❌ You don’t want to mess with adjusting a setup and just need fixed furniture.

✅ You’re working with adults and want an environment that feels supportive and comfortable.

❌ You’re looking for a space to run kids’ or teen groups. (We love kids, but we cuss a little and want to keep this a safe vibe for adults.)

✅ You’d love extra support with marketing, visibility, and making sure people know your group is happening.

❌ You’d rather figure it out alone, even if it means running a great group that nobody hears about.

If you’re nodding “yes” to most of those checkmarks, you’ll probably feel right at home here.

No Red Tape, Just Steps!

Running groups is hard enough — booking your space shouldn’t be. Here’s how it works:

  • Start with the inquiry form. Tell us about your group, what you need, and how you plan to use the space. This helps us make sure the Group Room is the right fit (and that it aligns with our mission and values).

  • We’ll connect. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll reach out to talk through details, answer any questions, and we’ll talk about your needs and goals.

If you want a tour of a space, let’s plan it! You’ll get a feel for the vibe, see the group room and the office.

  • Pick your contract and group dates. You’ll get access to the availability calendar to choose your rental times. Together we’ll discuss the details of the contract to make sure nothing is left out!

  • If you’d like extra support (like marketing or coaching add-ons), we’ll add those to your invoice and set you up with next steps. You’ll also get all the practical info you need: parking, Wi-Fi, building access, and more! My goal is to help you be efficient so you can focus on your work, not logistics.

If you’ve ever tried to run a group

in  a space that just didn’t fit, you

know how quickly it kills the vibe.

A room that’s too small, too sterile, or too “conference-y” makes it harder for people to open up and it leaves you stressed, trying to make it work instead of focusing on the group.

You’ll know this room is what you’ve been looking for if…
✔️ You’re tired of cramming chairs into a tiny therapy office and hoping for the best

✔️ You’ve tried community centers or coffee shops and felt like the space just wasn’t private or professional enough

✔️ You’ve been stuck in sterile conference rooms where the fluorescent lights do all the talking

✔️ You want a space that adapts to your group — circle, classroom, workshop, or something in between

✔️ You’re ready for a room that actually feels safe, welcoming, and built for connection

That’s why this group room exists. It was designed with therapists, wellness providers, and community leaders in mind. It’s my goal to give helpers a space that’s flexible, comfortable, and completely free of awkward “boardroom vibes.” When people walk in here, they don’t just see four walls.

They feel like they belong.

This space was built for small groups, not cramming as many chairs as possible into a room. With seating for 12–14 people, it gives everyone enough room to breathe, settle in, and stay present. For many of us (especially those of us with neurodivergent brains), feeling crowded makes it harder to relax and connect. That’s why we keep this room intentionally sized! It’s our goal to help your group feel safe, comfortable, and focused.

what’s included

  • You’re right — most of us were taught that groups are tough, and that can feel discouraging. The truth? Groups do take effort to organize, but they can also be one of the best ways to get known in the community and connect with clients in a different way. At The Therapy Office, you’re not left to figure it out alone. With the Marketing Add-On, you can get extra visibility for your group through our website, email list, and social media.

  • Absolutely. I’ve run groups myself and I know the moving pieces can feel overwhelming at first. Through the Coaching Add-On, I can help you plan your group from the ground up — from structure and pricing to marketing and accountability. You’ll still lead it in your own style, but you’ll have a sounding board as you put it together.

  • Yes. Groups aren’t just about filling chairs — they build visibility and trust. Hosting a group puts your name out there, gives potential clients a taste of your work, and creates a ripple effect in the community. It’s a way to expand without doubling your caseload.

  • The group room is designed for adult-focused gatherings, and it’s flexible enough to support a wide range of work. Some of the groups that thrive here include:

👥 Therapy & Support Groups → Skills groups, process groups, or community support circles.
📚 Workshops & Classes → Educational trainings, professional development, or creative classes.
🎶 Healing & Wellness Practices → Breathwork, sound healing, or other body-based experiences that work well in a small group setting.
💼 Professional & Community Events → Networking gatherings, planning meetings, or adult-focused community events.

If you’ve got an idea, the room can likely flex to fit it. The main guideline is that everything stays adult-focused, trauma-informed, and respectful of a shared environment.

  • Hourly rentals require a minimum of 2 hours, but you can also reserve half-day or full-day blocks. Your booking includes an extra 30 minutes before and after for setup and clean-up, so you’re not rushing clients out the door.

  • If you’re running a recurring group outside of regular hours, you may be given building access with a key and a unique security pin code. I’ll personally walk you through how to unlock and lock the space so you feel comfortable.

  • Life happens! If your event goes a little over, that will be covered in the contract. Extra time will just be adjusted at a pro-rated rate, so there are no surprises.

  • Feel free to contact me (Becca 👋🏻) through our Contact page or send an email to hello@thetherapyofficear.com. I’ll get back to you within the week! Chat with you soon!

If you’ve been looking for a space that actually fits, one that feels safe, comfortable, and built for connection, this is it. Your next step is simple: We’ll chat about your group, walk you through availability, and make sure the space feels like the right fit.

It’s time to bring your group to life.
