Let’s Get Started

“We are not our failures.”

— La Dispute

Hey y’all, I’m Hannah 👋🏻 I’m a Counseling Intern from Southwest Arkansas, and I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, shut down, or burned out from carrying too much for too long. And if your ADHD overwhelm has your brain spinning a million miles an hour while your body freezes… yeah, I get that too.

I grew up around trauma, addiction, grief, and the kind of stress that forces you to grow up fast. Starting therapy at 16 changed everything for me. Having someone sit with me in the mess, listen without judging, and help me untangle what I was carrying gave me hope. Now I offer that same steady support to the people who work with me.

I help adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, ADHD overwhelm, emotional shutdown, anger, grief, and long-term stress. ADHD overwhelm shows up a lot in my work… the racing thoughts, the open loops, the “I want to do everything and nothing at the same time” feeling. We slow things down together in a way that feels doable, not shame-filled.

Here are some of the people I work especially well with:
✨ Men who are not used to talking about feelings
✨ Women who carry the emotional load for everyone around them
✨ Adults who grew up around chaos or responsibility too early
✨ People who shut down or go into fix-it mode when emotions get big
✨ Anyone who is tired of surviving and wants something different

Before becoming a therapist, I worked at BirchTree supporting adults with developmental disabilities. That work taught me patience, problem solving, and how to show up fully for someone without rushing their process. I take things one step at a time, and we figure out the pace together.

My style is calm, grounding, and flexible. You do not need the right words or a perfect story. You can show up tired, emotional, quiet, angry, confused, or numb. You get to be human here, and honestly, a little laughter is welcome too.

I offer virtual therapy for adults living anywhere in Arkansas. If you prefer therapy from your own space, have a busy schedule, or feel more open online, virtual sessions might be a good fit.

If life has felt heavy for a long time and you want a place to finally start sorting through it, I’m here.

Let’s Get Started

You’ve been through things you never thought you’d have to survive. Maybe trauma, maybe loss, maybe just the weight of everything all at once.

You try to hold it together, but:
✔ The anxiety won’t shut off, even when you’re exhausted.
✔ You’re tired of being the “strong one” for everyone else.
Boundaries feel impossible — and guilt shows up the second you try.
✔ You keep replaying old hurts, wondering if you’ll ever move past them.
✔ Some days you just want someone to actually listen, not tell you to “get over it.”

Start Where You Are

If you’re here, there’s probably something heavy you’ve been carrying for a long time. I work with adults dealing with things like trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, or ADHD overwhelm, and especially the kind of stress that builds up quietly until you can’t ignore it anymore. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place. Here’s who I’m especially good at supporting…

  • If talking about emotions feels weird or uncomfortable, I get it. A lot of the men I work with struggle with emotional shutdown, stress, anger, communication issues, and anxiety that they have pushed down for years. You don’t have to figure it out alone, and we go at a pace that feels safe.

  • If you’ve been carrying everyone else’s needs on your shoulders, you may be dealing with high-functioning anxiety, burnout, people pleasing, or perfectionism, and nobody ever seems to notice. Therapy is your space to slow down, breathe, and feel what you have been avoiding without guilt.

  • If life has been heavier than you expected, whether it is PTSD, childhood trauma, grief, or years of survival mode, you do not need to have the right words. We take it step by step and make sense of things together.

  • If you stay busy, stay tough, or stay numb instead of feeling the hard stuff, you are not alone. Many of my clients work through avoidance, emotional numbness, ADHD-style overwhelm, or difficulty identifying emotions. Therapy becomes a slower and safer space to reconnect with yourself.

  • If you want grounding, clarity, and real help understanding what is getting in the way, I’m here for that. Whether it is anxiety, shame, low self-worth, relationship stress, or emotional regulation, we work on the things that actually matter to you, not what someone else told you to fix.

  • No. As an intern, I’m not able to accept insurance. I offer self-pay sessions at a reduced rate of $35 per session to make counseling more accessible.

If you need a further reduced rate, please include that on your new client form. The Therapy Office uses intern sessions for community accessibility!

  • My rate is $35 per session for a standard 50-minute appointment. I keep my sessions at a reduced rate since I’m an intern, so counseling can be more affordable while still giving you quality care and support.

If you need a further reduced rate, please include that on your new client form. The Therapy Office uses intern sessions for community accessibility!

  • It’s kind of like having two therapists in one. I bring fresh training, new techniques, and a lot of energy to the work, and I’m also supervised every week by a licensed professional counselor. That means you get my perspective plus the insight of an experienced therapist guiding me along the way.

    1. Fill out my New Client Form. You’ll see the buttons on this page.

    2. Check your email. You’ll get an automatic message from me with a link to request your first appointment.

    3. Request a time. Pick what works for you.

    4. Complete your paperwork. I’ll send intake forms through my portal, SimplePractice. Once everything’s done, I’ll confirm your appointment.

    Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. 🫶

  • That’s okay — it’s normal to wonder. You can reach out, ask questions, and decide if working with me feels right for you. Send me an email at:

or reply to the email after filling out your new client form!

  • Part of the work I do with clients is helping them build healthy boundaries, and I practice that too. I try to get back within 24–48 hours during my business days, Monday thru Thursday.

This way, I can show up fully for you during sessions and emails, without running on empty.

  • If you ever find yourself in crisis or needing immediate help, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest ER. While I’ll be here to support you in sessions, it’s important you have access to care right away when you need it most.

  • I currently only offer virtual therapy for adults across Arkansas.

Telehealth makes getting support easier. No commute, no waiting room, no extra steps. You can meet from your couch, your office, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

Many clients find that virtual sessions reduce overwhelm and make it simpler to show up consistently. We focus on real conversations and real support, without adding more stress to your plate.

  • I’m currently pursuing my graduate degree at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Because of this, I get to offer low cost therapy at $35 a session for our community!

  • I enjoy working with clients who have experienced trauma and are seeking to move beyond simply surviving to truly thriving. My goal is to help them process their trauma, establish strong boundaries and effective coping skills, and define meaningful life goals. I support clients in understanding and processing their trauma and its responses, reducing negative symptoms, and identifying key objectives to achieve the life they envision.

  • As a human, I understand the importance of seeking therapy and support, not only to better serve my clients but also to nurture my own well-being. My personal journey has led me to therapy for various reasons, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, loss, and boundary setting. However, I truly believe that any inkling to explore therapy is reason enough to begin. I am committed to continuing my own support system as I support others, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care.
