✨ Full-Time tenants are responsible for maintaining their own compliance with professional and regulatory standards, including record security and confidentiality requirements. We encourage each tenant to get their own white noise machine for their door. -
Yes. You operate under your own business name, brand, and fee structure. This is your practice!

Yes. The security deposit is held for the duration of the lease and may be refunded within 60 days of termination, less any unpaid rent, fees, or damages beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in the lease agreement.

Absolutely.
One of the biggest perks of a Full-Time Office is that it's your space to make your own. Furniture, artwork, lamps, plants, and decor are all welcome.
Temporary wall decorations may be hung using painter's tape or masking tape. Nails, screws, anchors, and permanent wall modifications are not permitted without written approval.
The goal is to give you the flexibility to create a space that reflects your business while keeping the office in good condition for future tenants.
