  • Full-Time offices are best suited for adult-focused, professional, conversation-based work that benefits from privacy and stability.

  • Full-Time offices require either a 6-month or 12-month lease. This provides stability for you and consistency within the building.

  • Absolutely. In fact, I encourage it.

    After submitting the Interest Form, you'll receive access to the pricing guide, recorded webinar, and scheduling links for office tours. If you'd like to see the space in person, you can join a group tour or schedule an individual walkthrough.

  • Yes. Full-Time offices are unfurnished so you can create a space that reflects your brand and the needs of your clients. You are running your own independent business inside the building.

  • Monthly rent includes:

    ✔️ Utilities (electric, water, gas)
    ✔️ High-speed internet
    ✔️ Building security system
    ✔️ Access to common areas
    ✔️ ADA-accessible bathrooms
    ✔️ Shared kitchen access
    ✔️ Common area cleaning and maintenance

    There are no additional utility bills layered on top of rent.

  • Each Full-Time office includes:

    ✔️ A private office key
    ✔️ A unique alarm access code
    ✔️ Sound-dampening panels on doors
    ✔️ White noise support in shared areas
    Full-Time tenants are responsible for maintaining their own compliance with professional and regulatory standards, including record security and confidentiality requirements. We encourage each tenant to get their own white noise machine for their door.

  • Yes. You operate under your own business name, brand, and fee structure. This is your practice!

  • Yes. The security deposit is held for the duration of the lease and may be refunded within 60 days of termination, less any unpaid rent, fees, or damages beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in the lease agreement.

    The deposit is not applied toward the final month’s rent.

  • Yes. Full-Time tenants have 24/7 building access.

  • Absolutely.

    One of the biggest perks of a Full-Time Office is that it's your space to make your own. Furniture, artwork, lamps, plants, and decor are all welcome.

    Temporary wall decorations may be hung using painter's tape or masking tape. Nails, screws, anchors, and permanent wall modifications are not permitted without written approval.

    The goal is to give you the flexibility to create a space that reflects your business while keeping the office in good condition for future tenants.
