If we both decide to move forward, you’ll receive the sublease agreement and invoice. Once the lease is signed and payment is received, the office is officially reserved. 🎉

Yes. An in-person tour is required before moving forward with a Full-Time lease. After submitting the inquiry form and being approved to move forward, you’ll schedule a walkthrough to see the available office and ask practical questions.

Yes. Full-Time offices are unfurnished so you can create a space that reflects your brand and the needs of your clients. You are running your own independent business inside the building.

Yes. You operate under your own business name, brand, and fee structure. This is your practice!

Yes. The security deposit is held for the duration of the lease and may be refunded within 60 days of termination, less any unpaid rent, fees, or damages beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in the lease agreement.
