Hi, hello, hi! 👋🏼 I’m Becca Ferguson, LPC, a therapist in Northwest Arkansas providing in-person therapy in Springdale and telehealth throughout Arkansas.
I work primarily with Millennial and Gen X women navigating the weight of adulthood with more flexibility, authenticity, and self-trust. My areas of focus include burnout, ADHD, people-pleasing, religious trauma and deconstruction, political deconstruction, adult children of emotionally immature parents, identity shifts, life transitions, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
My approach to therapy is conversational, collaborative, and insight-oriented, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt therapy, and person-centered approaches. I tend to be a good fit for clients who are curious about themselves, want to understand the why behind their patterns, and are ready to start connecting some of the dots.

If you support clients who may fill in the gaps for services I don’t provide, populations I don’t work with, or times when my caseload is full, please reach out and introduce yourself.
