The Therapy Office

Bears. Beets. Behavioral Health.

Your healing journey starts now.

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. You’ve made the first step and decided to find out what therapy is all about. Congrats! Even a step this big is still terrifying. You may be thinking:

  • What if people judge me for going to therapy?

  • Isn’t therapy for wimps that can’t handle their problems on their own?

  • What if I’m stuck in therapy forever because I’m more messed up than I thought?

Oh yeah, these questions are scary and can leave you spiraling out of control.

Here’s the thing, we know that you have the answers to unlocking your individual identity. We’re here to collaborate with you and workshop through the shit that’s holding you back from feeling like your true self.

Meet the
World’s
Best Boss

Let’s get this straight: Going to therapy is a vulnerable experience. It’s scary to tell a random stranger some of your darkest thoughts and behaviors.

When I created The Therapy Office, I knew that I wanted to make a place where people immediately felt like they could be the person that they wanted to be.

In the heart of vulnerability, there's incredible strength. Here, we embrace your journey without judgment or pretense. The Therapy Office is more than a physical space; it's a haven where authenticity thrives, where your darkest moments find understanding, and where your journey to becoming your best self is celebrated.

Because, in the midst of vulnerability, there's also the opportunity for profound growth. Welcome to The Therapy Office—where your journey is honored, your struggles are met with empathy, and your path to healing is uniquely yours.
