I DECLARE….
A WAITLIST
Life’s timing doesn’t always match ours—and right now, our caseloads are full.
We know how frustrating (and honestly, disheartening) it can feel to finally decide to start therapy—only to find out there’s a wait. It takes a lot of energy to reach out for help in the first place, and when you're ready, you're ready.
That’s exactly why we created this page. We don’t want you stuck in limbo or left wondering what’s next. Here, you’ll find:
A link to our waitlist form, so you can save your spot as soon as something opens up.
A chance to join our email list for updates on new therapist availability and group therapy offerings.
A preview of what’s coming soon—because we’re working behind the scenes to expand access and support more people.
We’re not just sitting back—we’re actively looking to bring in more licensed Arkansas therapists and building out new group therapy options to serve our community in meaningful ways. We’re growing carefully, intentionally, and with the hope of making therapy more accessible to those who need it.
Thanks for being here. Thanks for your patience. And thanks for trusting The Therapy Office to hold space for you—whether that’s now or down the road.
Join the Waitlist
If you’re hoping to start therapy at The Therapy Office, filling out the form below is your first step. Once you submit your info, here’s what happens:
You’ll receive an automated confirmation by text and email so you know your form went through.
Your name will be added to our internal waitlist, and we’ll reach out as soon as we have availability that matches your preferences.
We’ll also send occasional updates—like when a therapist opens up spots, or when new services (like group therapy) become available.
We won’t leave you in the dark. While we can’t guarantee a specific timeline, we will keep you in the loop. You took a big step just by being here—and we’re honored to be on your list of places you’re considering for support.
Group Therapy & Support Groups
While we’re not currently accepting new individual clients, Becca is offering virtual and in-person group therapy options to provide meaningful support without the long wait.
These groups are:
Built for real connection, reflection, and support
A space to feel seen—by others navigating hard, human things
Focused on community, not just coping
Designed for topics like trauma, burnout, boundaries, and identity work
Now forming:
🧠 Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents led by Becca Ferguson, LPC — a virtual support group for those unpacking family dynamics and learning to heal without carrying it all alone.
Spots are limited. Join the email list to be the first to know when registration opens!
Know a Therapist Who’s the Real Deal?
We’re on the lookout for therapists who are more “authentic connection” than “clinical robot.”
If you know someone who’s licensed in Arkansas, grounded, compassionate, and maybe just a little bit quirky (in the best way)—we want to meet them.
We're building a space for:
Therapists who want autonomy without isolation
Real humans who know how to hold space and set boundaries
People who are done pretending to have it all together and just want to do meaningful work
Sound like someone you know?
Send them our way. The sooner we find the right fit, the sooner we can open more spots on our waitlist—and help more people feel seen.
We promise not to ask them to do a trust fall in the interview. Probably.
Meet the World’s
Best Boss
Let’s be real: Going to therapy is vulnerable as hell.
You’re preparing to open up to someone you’ve never met—about stuff you’ve maybe never said out loud. That takes guts.
When I started The Therapy Office, I wasn’t trying to build a factory of therapists or a polished Instagram brand. I wanted to create a space where both clients and clinicians could be fully human. A place where you don’t have to shrink yourself to fit in.
Right now, our therapists are full—and that sucks to say. But here’s what I want you to know:
We’re actively working to bring in more real-deal licensed professionals who align with our mission, not just fill a seat. We're not rushing the process, because you deserve care that’s thoughtful, not slapped together.
Our values—authenticity, empathy, autonomy, and respect—aren’t just words. They guide how we show up, how we hire, and how we hold space for the people who come here looking for support.
So while you’re waiting, know this:
We see you. We care about doing this the right way. And we’re honored that you’re considering trusting us with your story.
Welcome to The Therapy Office.
We’re not quite ready yet, but we’re working on it—and you’re already part of what we’re building.
