“Helping Therapists Get Shit Done — Without Losing Themselves in the Process.”

Hey there, I’m Becca.👋 I’m the Owner and Founder of The Therapy Office, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a mentor for therapists and business owners who are trying to figure out how the hell to make this work.

When I started out, I thought being “good” at therapy would be enough to start a business. 🚨Spoiler: it wasn’t. Although it was a step in the right direction, I learned really quickly that nobody teaches us how to run a business, set up structure, and get out of emotional survival mode.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I craved systems (and tried MILLIONS of planners) but got drained trying to hold them all up on my own.

That’s why I created this space. The Therapy Office started as my solo practice, grew into a group practice, and eventually became what it was always meant to be: a home for therapists and wellness professionals who want to feel supported, successful, and like they actually belong.

My style is flexible, values-driven, and rooted in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I believe in moving toward what matters while being honest about the bullshit that gets in the way. I’m not here to hand you a cookie-cutter plan. I’m here to ask the tough questions, create custom support, and remind you that your voice deserves to be heard in your business and your life.

If you’ve been trying to figure out business ownership on your own, this coaching is for you.

I work with therapists who are:

✔️ Feeling stuck in survival mode, constantly juggling clients, paperwork, and a never-ending to-do list.
✔️ Wrestling with imposter syndrome and second-guessing every decision, even though you know you’re good at what you do.
✔️ Trying to run a business with an ADHD or neurospicy brain that craves systems but resists cookie-cutter ones.
✔️ Tired of doing it all alone and wishing for real support and accountability that doesn’t come with judgment.
✔️ Feeling like private practice wasn’t supposed to feel this lonely.
✔️ Wanting a safe space to work through the emotions and the business side together, without having to choose one over the other.
✔️ Ready to build a practice that actually fits your values and lifestyle — not just the one you think you “should” have.

If you’re nodding along, you’re in the right place.

  • Group therapy, ART Intensives, and coaching are not covered by insurance and are self-pay services. As I shift into coaching full time, this gives me the freedom to create support that actually works without being tied up in red tape.

  • I’m not taking on new individual therapy clients right now. The only therapy options I currently offer are group therapy (check out our event calendar for updates!) and ART Intensives for focused trauma work. If you’re looking for ongoing one-on-one therapy, I won’t leave you hanging! I have trusted referrals I can connect you with, and I also have an intern on site who gets direct supervision from me.

  • Right now, I’m only offering group therapy (when spots are available) and one-time ART Intensives for focused trauma work. I don’t have openings for ongoing individual therapy clients. Groups are a great option if you’re looking for connection and support in community, and ART Intensives are designed for deep healing in a single, 3-hour session.

  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Intensives are one-time, 3-hour sessions designed for deep, focused trauma work. They’re best for clients who already have a supporting therapist or for therapists themselves who need to process a traumatic event or stuck memory. These intensives aren’t ongoing therapy — they’re a way to work through something specific in a shorter amount of time with targeted support.

  • I announce new groups as they open, and spots are always limited. The best way to stay in the loop is to check our event calendar or join my email list so you don’t miss the updates. When a group is open for registration, you’ll see all the details about the schedule, focus, and how to sign up.

  • Yes, if you’re able to travel. ART Intensives are in-person only at my Springdale office, so you’re welcome to come from out of state if you’d like to attend. Group therapy can be attended in person or online, but by counseling board rules online group therapy is only available if you are physically located in Arkansas and age 19 and older at the time of the session.

  • Coaching is open to therapists and business owners anywhere. Most of the people I work with are therapists who are tired of feeling stuck in survival mode, but you don’t have to be a therapist to benefit. If you’re a business owner who wants clarity, accountability, and systems that actually work for your life, coaching is for you.

  • Therapy is about healing your past and supporting your mental health. Coaching is about moving forward with your business and building systems that actually fit your life. In therapy, we process emotions and experiences so you can find healing. In coaching, we ask big questions, make plans, and take action so you can move toward the life and business you want.

I’ve been on both sides of this as a therapist and as a coach, and I know how important it is to have clarity about what kind of support you need. Coaching is not therapy, and it isn’t a replacement for it. But if you’re ready to get out of survival mode and start building something that works for you, coaching can give you the structure and support to make it happen.

  • It depends on what kind of support you’re looking for right now:

💻 Coaching is for therapists and business owners who feel stuck in survival mode and want clarity, accountability, and systems that actually work for their life.

🪷 Group therapy is for adults (19+) who want connection and support while working through burnout, trauma recovery, or life transitions in community.

✨ ART Intensives are 3-hour sessions designed to help you process a specific traumatic memory or event if you already have a supporting therapist, or if you’re a therapist yourself who needs focused trauma support.

If you’re not sure which one fits, reach out and we’ll figure it out together. You don’t have to have it all sorted before taking the first step.

Therapy doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to be real. With me, you don’t have to put on a mask or pretend you’re fine.

✔ You don’t have to shrink yourself
✔ You don’t have to have it all figured out
✔ You get to be fully human here
✔ You’ll be met with tools, support, and compassion

  • I’m currently pursuing my graduate degree at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Because of this, I get to offer low cost therapy at $35 a session for our community!

  • I enjoy working with clients who have experienced trauma and are seeking to move beyond simply surviving to truly thriving. My goal is to help them process their trauma, establish strong boundaries and effective coping skills, and define meaningful life goals. I support clients in understanding and processing their trauma and its responses, reducing negative symptoms, and identifying key objectives to achieve the life they envision.

  • As a human, I understand the importance of seeking therapy and support, not only to better serve my clients but also to nurture my own well-being. My personal journey has led me to therapy for various reasons, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, loss, and boundary setting. However, I truly believe that any inkling to explore therapy is reason enough to begin. I am committed to continuing my own support system as I support others, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care.

  • I strive to make counseling accessible to everyone, regardless of location or travel limitations. I provide in-person sessions in Springdale, AR, or via our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal for Arkansas residents.

Think of this collection as a little box of encouragement and insight — here when you need a nudge, an idea, or just something to remind you you’re not alone in figuring it all out.
