If you find yourself in a dark place, know that I offer a therapeutic approach that's real, direct, and judgment-free. Life is filled with challenges, and we all make mistakes, but these don't define who we are. It's okay not to be okay and not have all the answers. That's where therapy comes in—I'm here to help you overcome difficult moments, guiding you to live your best life and be the best version of yourself.

In therapy, I provide a safe haven for vulnerability, expressiveness, and exploration. It's not always rainbows and butterflies; there will be tough moments, but within them lie opportunities for enlightenment and transformation. We might share laughter, tears, and everything in between, but we'll navigate it together.

A heads-up about me: I'm direct, blunt, and love to laugh. Sugar-coating isn't my style, but I believe in breaking down big therapy concepts into real-world situations. I'm not infallible, and that's okay. If I'm wrong, tell me—I appreciate the honesty. I’ll challenge you, but don’t worry, I’ll give you a heads-up beforehand! Trauma is my specialization, along with addressing anxiety, depression, life stressors, and life transitions.

Away from the therapy room, you'll find me navigating the balance between gravity and blow dryers, despising the latter. I'm usually in comfy clothes, but always authentically me. Outside of work, I'm chasing life, exploring the 200+ waterfalls in Arkansas, camping, spoiling my cats (apparently, Crazy Cat Lady status kicks in at 5), hiking, swimming, canoeing, or passionately cheering for the Razorbacks.
